At Canis Beverages, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought from our site. If there is a mistake from our end, we accept return, refundor cancellation under the following circumstances:
- If you are delivered a different item from what was ordered, please contact us within 3days via email. We will arrange for the product to be returned and replaced. In addition, the product must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
- If you are delivered a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days via email so we can arrange for product replacement or return.
- In the case of returns due to damaged product, we will issue a full refund including the delivery charge incurred by you upon receiving and return of product. We can also replace the product at no extra cost, if requested.
For returns and refund, please provide proof if you received a wrong or damaged product by taking a picture and sending same to email@example.com. No refund will be issued without proof.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
